Welcome to destra.web.id ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using our website located at https://destra.web.id/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. 1. Overview and Nature of the Platform

  • Open Publishing: destra.web.id is an open online publishing platform designed to allow users ("Authors", "Users", or "you") to write, publish, and share articles, stories, and ideas, and to build their personal brand.
  • No Pre-Publication Review: Content published on the Platform is submitted directly by users without prior editorial review, pre-screening, or curation by destra.web.id.

2. User Responsibility and Disclaimer of Liability

  • Sole Responsibility of Authors: You are solely and entirely responsible for all content (including text, images, links, code, audio, video, or other materials) that you publish, upload, post, or transmit via destra.web.id.
  • No Platform Liability: destra.web.id merely provides hosting, infrastructure, and publishing tools. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content posted on the Platform. We are not responsible or liable for any content posted by you or any third party, nor for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content made available through the Platform.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account and publish content.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing

  • Ownership: Authors retain full ownership and copyright of the original content they create and publish on destra.web.id.
  • License to destra.web.id: By publishing or submitting content on or through the Platform, you grant destra.web.id a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, format, and publicly perform your content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.
  • Third-Party Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submit and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to post, publish, upload, or transmit any content or engage in any conduct that:

  1. Violates local, national, or international laws, including the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (e.g., Information and Electronic Transactions Law / UU ITE).
  2. Promotes or links to illegal activities, online gambling (judi online), illegal drugs, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
  3. Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  4. Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, defamation, libel, slander, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  5. Disseminates false information, scams, phishing schemes, malicious software, or unverified rumors intended to deceive the public.
  6. Involves automated spamming, bot creation, or posting repetitive, low-quality content strictly for link building (SEO manipulation) or malware distribution.

6. Content Moderation, Takedown, and Termination

  • Right to Moderate: While we do not pre-screen content, destra.web.id reserves the absolute right (but assumes no obligation) to monitor, review, hide, remove, or disable access to any content, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
  • Account Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Notice and Takedown: If you believe that any content on destra.web.id infringes your legal rights or copyright, please report it to us via our designated contact email. Upon receiving a valid report, we will act promptly to investigate and remove or disable access to the infringing material in compliance with applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DESTRA.WEB.ID, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR AUTHOR ON THE PLATFORM;
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR TRANSMISSIONS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless destra.web.id and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your content published on the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
